The one-room flat is on the third floor of a building without elevator located in the district of Marais in the vicinity of the Museum d'Art et Métier; Metro Republique.

It is made up of a room with a double sized bed plus a single bed, a kitchen corner equipped with electric stove, and a bath with shower. Heating is independent and the flat is complete with linens and towels.

It is provided of all comforts and very suitable for two people.

The price for the weekend rental based on a three day rental (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) is 250 Euro plus a deposit of 50 Euro to be returned when leaving the flat.

A person of trust and confidence in Paris will hand you the keys.
A partial amount for the stay is required to secure any reservation at the moment of booking and the balance payment made at the arrival to the flat.
The payment can be made by bank transfer, postal order, cash; remittance must be free from any commission charges.
